Legrand Finland Oy operates the Heat mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Application and the choices you have associated with that data.

Information Data Collection And Use

The Application does not collect any information, personal nor usage related data.

The Application only communicates with a heating thermostat and no data from the thermostat nor from the mobile phone is sent to Legrand.

Application only accesses technical information of the thermostat and this information is only stored on the phones memory.

All information stored about the thermostat is destroyed when the Application is removed from the phone.

Due to the nature of mobile phone operating systems (Android and IOS) Application user may need to approve location services and network access when using the Application.

These services are only used for opening Bluetooth connection to the thermostat device. No location information is read by the Application.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
